What’s the Role?

We’re looking for a sharp, culture-obsessed Social Media Analyst to take full ownership of our social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.

This isn't just about posting corporate updates - it's about telling the story of next-gen tech. You’ll turn complex AI concepts into scroll-stopping visuals, videos, and sharp copy that grab the attention of tech innovators, founders, and industry leaders.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Channels: Strategy, scheduling, and daily vibe checks across our LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram channels.
- Create & Build: Turn deep tech into short-form videos, carousels, threads, and visual assets that actually get engagement.
- Build Community: Engage with industry voices, followers, and tech builders—making SwarmLens the go-to AI brand in our space.
- Analyze & Adapt: Track key metrics, spot content trends, and use data to refine what works (and scrap what doesn't).




- Work with Builders: Partner directly with our founders and AI engineers to turn tech breakthroughs into compelling public stories.

Who You Are

- 1+ Year in the Game: You’ve got experience managing social platforms for tech, B2B SaaS, AI, or industrial tech brands.
- Visual & Video Fluent: You know your way around Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere, or Adobe Creative Cloud to produce sleek visual content fast.
- Sharp Copywriter: You know how to translate technical tech jargon into explicit, high-impact social copy.
- Data-Informed: You check the numbers, track growth metrics, and adapt fast.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-moving startup energy with low hand-holding and high autonomy.

Location & Setup

- Month 1 : In-person orientation at our office in Cochin (at candidate's own cost). Get to know the team, soak in the tech, and build the foundation.
- Month 2 onwards: Transition to a Remote or Hybrid setup based on performance and alignment.
