Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to solve business challenges.

- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent, and conversational AI applications.

- Develop AI-powered applications using Python, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and related frameworks.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cloud services.

- Design scalable and secure AI solution architectures following enterprise development standards and best practices.

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize model performance, response quality, and cost efficiency.

- Create reusable AI components, libraries, accelerators, and frameworks to support solution delivery.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, automation engineers, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models, integrations, data pipelines, and production deployments.

- Monitor AI application performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and AI engineers.

- Implement Responsible AI, security, data privacy, and compliance requirements within AI solutions.

- Support CI/CD, MLOps, model deployment, version control, and lifecycle management practices.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends,



recommending relevant technical enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- experience in software development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Intelligent Automation.

- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Conversational AI.

- Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, and modern software development practices.

- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI platforms.

- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.

- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge management architectures.

- Experience with MLOps, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and production deployment.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and automation technologies are preferred.

- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to mentor technical team members and contribute to solution architecture reviews.

- AI, Azure, Cloud, or Data-related certifications are preferred.
