Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Researcher to work on language models, NLP, deep learning, and AI evaluation. The role involves training and fine-tuning models and building systems to evaluate their performance.

Responsibilities

- Train and fine-tune language models for different AI tasks.
- Work with Transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Build model evaluation and benchmarking pipelines.
- Fine-tune models such as Llama, Mistral, BERT, and RoBERTa.
- Work with vision-language and multimodal models.
- Apply LoRA and QLoRA for efficient model fine-tuning.
- Build APIs and lightweight demos using Flask, Gradio, or Streamlit.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and improve model performance.
- Stay updated with AI, NLP, and generative AI research.

Requirements
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.




- Good knowledge of Transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with model training or fine-tuning.
- Strong Python skills with NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with NLTK or spaCy.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with REST APIs or lightweight AI interfaces.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and using shell scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal or vision-language models.
- Knowledge of ONNX, quantization, or inference optimization.
- Familiarity with LLMOps and experiment tracking.
- C/C++ knowledge.
- Research projects or open-source contributions in AI/ML.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per hour
