We are seeking an AI Researcher & Engineer to push the boundaries of model performance through hands-on experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment. Join us to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-ready AI products.

- Research and understand machine learning techniques and papers
- Experiment with recent research techniques and real-world implementations
- Train, deploy, and serve models at scale
- Write research papers based on experiments and findings




- Develop detailed benchmarks and comparative performance analyses
- Perform quantization and fine-tuning of LLMs and other models
- Optimize models and GPU infrastructure for cost-to-scale efficiency
- Write Python code and Jupyter Notebooks

- Strong AI research background with research/paper publications
- Experience researching and implementing machine learning techniques and papers
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorRT-LLM

- Strong benchmarking and performance analysis experience
