About the opportunity

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who builds with AI, not just uses it: someone who's rebuilt their own workflows so they can run performance marketing at the pace and output of a full team. This isn't for someone who uses ChatGPT to speed up a first draft, but for someone who's set up automations, agents, or scripts that actually remove manual work from how a growth function runs, and who happens to do that in performance marketing for quick-growing consumer brands on Meta and Google.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain the AI-driven workflows that let you run a channel at a scale one person usually can't, including automated reporting, creative/audience testing pipelines, QA, briefing and keep improving them as you learn what breaks.
- Use AI to generate options fast (ad variants, audience splits, copy, angles) and then apply the judgment to know which are actually worth running and which are technically clever but wrong for the brand.
- Own paid performance channels end-to-end from strategy and creative testing to optimisation across Meta and Google Ads, using the systems you've built to move faster than a typical single-person setup.
- Verify everything AI-assisted before it ships: claims, copy, data. Brand safety and accuracy stay on you, not the model.
- Diagnose performance issues across the funnel (ad → landing page → conversion) and know when the fix is a new workflow, not just a new test.




- Own your account's north-star metrics, build budget pacing, forecasts, and scaling plans, and set up and maintain tracking and measurement so reporting and AI-driven decisions are based on clean data.
- Communicate directly with clients or stakeholders on performance, strategy shifts, and results (this isn't a behind-the-scenes execution seat).

Who we're looking for

- You've built something real with AI, whether that’s an automation, a custom GPT or agent, a script, or a workflow. You can walk through exactly what it does, why you built it that way, and what it replaced.
- 3–5 years hands-on in performance marketing, with real ownership of Meta and/or Google Ads, not just execution under someone else's strategy.
- Experience running campaigns for US and/or UK markets is a strong plus: you understand the audience behaviour, creative sensibilities, and competitive density of these markets.
- You can describe a specific time you didn't trust AI output and checked it yourself, or chose not to use AI at all and why that was the right call.
- You think in systems, not just campaigns, and you notice when a manual process is worth automating instead of repeating.
- You've worked somewhere lean, where you had to build your own process rather than inherit one.
- Strong written English across briefs, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
