What You’ll Work On

- Design and develop end-to-end Machine Translation (NMT), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) pipelines.
- Train and adapt transformer-based and sequence-to-sequence models for multilingual and low-resource scenarios.
- Optimize AI inference latency, memory, and throughput using ONNX, TensorRT, and TorchScript.
- Deploy production-ready models to offline, on-premise, and edge environments using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or gRPC.
- Build robust data engineering pipelines for ingestion, back-translation, synthetic data generation, and cleaning.




- Set up tracking and evaluation workflows using BLEU, WER, MLflow, and Weights & Biases.

Valuable to Have Multilingual LLMs | Fairseq | OpenNMT | LoRA / PEFT | DeepSpeed / FSDP | Vector DBs (FAISS/Milvus) | Airflow | CI/CD (GitHub Actions) Who We’re Looking For A hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 1.5–2+ years of experience in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) who thrives in applied research and takes models from architecture design → production deployment.
