Job Summary

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy practical AI solutions across the Filumart platform. The role involves LLMs, AI agents, RAG, machine learning, backend development, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
- Build RAG, embeddings, vector search, and intelligent search systems.
- Develop AI workflows using tool/function calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.
- Fine-tune open-source models using LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT where required.
- Apply ML/DL techniques for classification, ranking, recommendation, and automation use cases.
- Develop AI backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI systems with databases, APIs, vector databases, and third-party services.
- Deploy and manage AI applications using Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Apply appropriate security measures including guardrails, prompt-injection protection, and controlled tool access.




- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and convert suitable solutions into production systems.

- Hugging Face Transformers / PEFT
- LoRA / QLoRA fine-tuning

- FastAPI and REST APIs
- MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Redis
- Vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Pinecone, or FAISS
- Azure and Docker
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and AI monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience building and deploying real-world AI/LLM applications.
- Experience with AI agents, RAG systems, or LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- GitHub projects, open-source contributions, or relevant AI projects will be an advantage.
