We are currently hiring for an AI / ML Lead for a fast-growing software company based in Pune.

Required Skills / Primary Skills

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for enterprise business applications.
- Drive AI strategy and identify high-impact opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
- Build and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop AI copilots, intelligent assistants, recommendation engines, forecasting models, and semantic search applications.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade LLM solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Develop scalable backend AI services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build AI-powered dashboards, analytics platforms, and automation solutions.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms through secure APIs and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, data, and cloud teams.
- Mentor AI engineers and data scientists while driving technical excellence and best practices.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with Responsible AI principles.

Required Skills / Primary Skills

- 8–15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP,



and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience building Generative AI applications using LangChain, Vector Databases, RAG pipelines, and Prompt Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture and API-driven application development.
- Experience working with enterprise databases, SQL, and large-scale datasets.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.

Additional Skills

- Experience working on enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial business processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring AI engineers.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Self-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
