We are looking to hire Backend GenAI Engineers to help build and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core architecture that powers our AI initiatives, including ingestion frameworks, integration services, schema design, transformation workflows, and scalable platform components. You will play a key role in enabling the development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI applications across the organization.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite at our Bangalore office locations.

Your tasks

- Creating intelligent Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to solve complex business challenges

- Designing scalable multi-agent architectures with advanced routing, memory, and checkpointing capabilities

- Building end-to-end RAG solutions that deliver accurate, context-aware, and actionable AI responses

- Integrating AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and enterprise services to power production-ready AI applications

- Developing natural language-to-SQL solutions that transform user queries into meaningful business insights

- Leveraging vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS to enable efficient semantic search and retrieval

- Developing high-performance Python applications using FastAPI, Pydantic, and modern software engineering practices

- Optimizing Generative AI solutions across OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama models to maximize performance and reliability

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Generative AI solutions

- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama





- Hands-on expertise in LangGraph and LangChain, including agent orchestration, memory management, and tool integration

- Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS AgentCore for developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions

- Strong proficiency in Python, including FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous programming for production-grade applications

- Previous work in building end-to-end RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or OpenSearch

- Strong knowledge of SQL, NL-to-SQL, and AI-powered data access patterns; Snowflake experience is an advantage

- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency - minimum B2 level

Nice to have

- Previous work with AWS AgentCore, including Runtime, Memory, and Tools Gateway

- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication frameworks

- Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP HANA, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms

- Familiarity with Document Intelligence, OCR, AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, Promptfoo, DeepEval), and relevant AWS, GCP, or Azure AI certifications
