About the Prospect

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI/ML Coach to be part of an advanced technology education initiative at a premium, NAAC A++ university in Hyderabad.

The role involves working closely with students and training them in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, MLOps and Applied AI Research.

This is a hands-on academic-industry role, combining classroom delivery, practical labs, project mentoring and research-oriented learning.



The ideal candidate should be able to teach by building—translating complex AI concepts into practical implementations and helping students progress from fundamentals to real-world AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on sessions in Python, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Teach concepts and practical implementation using scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, NLP and Computer Vision.
- Introduce students to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings and model fine-tuning.
- Conduct practical exercises using GPU and cloud computing infrastructure.
- Mentor students on real-world AI/ML projects, capstone projects and technical portfolios.
- Guide students on model deployment, APIs, Docker, MLflow and MLOps practices.
- Support advanced students in research-paper implementation, experimentation, evaluation and technical documentation.
- Conduct assignments, practical assessments, project reviews and student evaluations.
- Collaborate with university faculty and SciRobNics' academic/technical teams to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Deep Learning or a closely related field.
- Strong Python and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Practical experience with scikit-learn and PyTorch/TensorFlow.




- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience with Transformers, Hugging Face and Generative AI.
- Ability to independently build, demonstrate and troubleshoot AI/ML projects.
- Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to undergraduate engineering students in a clear and engaging manner.

Good to Have

- LLM fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, RAG or AI agents.
- Docker, MLflow and MLOps.
- AWS, Azure or GCP.
- NVIDIA GPU/CUDA experience.
- Experience implementing or reproducing research papers.
- Kaggle, GitHub or open-source contributions.
- Prior experience in university teaching, corporate training, academic mentoring or technical coaching.

Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related discipline.
