Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead specializing in AI implementation with over 4 years of proven expertise in AI projects and transformations. The ideal candidate will lead AI solution design, development, and deployment, leveraging skills in Python, Azure, and video processing technologies to deliver cutting-edge and scalable solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- AI Solution Architecture: Lead design and implementation of AI solutions across projects.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with teams to identify AI opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Model Development: Build and optimize AI models using Python and Azure services.
- Video Analytics: Integrate video processing capabilities into AI solutions.
- System Reliability: Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists.
- Innovation: Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Standards & Reviews:
Ensure design/code conformity, participate in requirements gathering, and conduct peer reviews.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Handson experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of edge AI deployment strategies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices in AI projects.
- Ability to work in agile environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP).
