Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/GenAI Engineer with 5-7 years of expertise in software engineering and AI/ML development. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying endtoend AI and Generative AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, and productionready.

You will work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, automation workflows, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud technologies. Collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders is key to translating business requirements into practical AIdriven solutions, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy endtoend AI and GenAI applications, including RAG systems, AI agents, and LLMpowered solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Build scalable APIs and microservices, integrating AI applications with enterprise systems.
- Data Pipelines: Develop robust ingestion, processing, and retrieval pipelines for AI/GenAI use cases.
- RAG Pipelines: Implement document processing, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and context generation.
- Prompt Engineering: Optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and model performance.
- Deployment:



Containerize and deploy AI applications using Docker/Kubernetes with CI/CD automation.
- Cloud Solutions: Design and deploy AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Ensure observability, scalability, and performance of AI services.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in software/AI/ML engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript (Java/Go is a plus).
- Handson experience with LLMs, GenAI applications, and RAG pipelines.
- Expertise in API development, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production deployments.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, debugging, and system design.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddingbased search.
- Knowledge of hybrid/semantic/vector search optimization.
- Exposure to LLM observability, evaluation frameworks, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
- Solid communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
