Position: AI Executive

Department: Operations & Digital Transformation

Role Overview The AI Executive will drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation tools across , You will design, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards, streamline operational workflows, and integrate smart solutions into our Facility Management Systems (FMS).

This hands-on role requires a blend of data handling, process automation expertise, and a drive to turn raw operational data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence
- Build, deploy, and maintain real-time interactive business dashboards (using Power BI,

Tableau, or AI-integrated visual analytics tools).

- Connect disparate departmental data sources (Production, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Facility

Management) into centralized reporting hubs.

- Ensure data hygiene, continuous accuracy, and high visibility for management decision making.
- Workflow & Process Automation
- Map existing manual workflows and implement AI-driven automation (e.g., RPA, Zapier,

Make, custom scripts, or LLM agents).

- Eliminate repetitive administrative tasks, reduce manual reporting errors, and optimize operational turnaround times.
- Continuously audit active automations to ensure stability and smooth performance across departments.
- Facility Management System (FMS) Integration
- Apply AI tools to simplify, maintain, and upgrade the internal Facility Management System

(FMS).





- Set up automated tracking for equipment maintenance, facility ticketing, energy usage, and operational downtime.
- Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate facility maintenance needs and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Decision Support & Insight Generation
- Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling on operational data to highlight cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Draft executive summaries, automated alerts, and regular analytics reports for senior management.
- Train cross-functional team members on utilizing AI dashboards and simplified FMS interfaces.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics,

Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with data analytics, process automation, or enterprise software tools.
- Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data manipulation (SQL,

Excel/Google Sheets advanced functions).

o Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or Python scripting).

o Understanding of AI tools (Generative AI APIs, LLMs, AI reporting extensions) and

Facility Management Systems (FMS).

- Soft Skills:

o Solid analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

o Clear communication skills to translate complex data into practical business terms.

o Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, 6-day manufacturing work environment.
