nThe Role

nWe are looking for Fashion Associates with 2+ years of professional experience and a strong understanding of styling, garment presentation, fit, proportion, and visual quality.

nThis is not a conventional styling role. You will work at the intersection of fashion and technology, helping translate fashion judgment into AI workflows, visual standards, and scalable production systems.

nWho We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant professional fashion experience
n
- Graduate from NIFT or another strong fashion/design institution preferred
n
- Experience in styling, fashion e-commerce, visual merchandising, editorial, fashion content, or related roles
n
- Strong eye for styling, fit, proportions, posing, and visual aesthetics
n
- Ability to clearly explain why an image works or does not work
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with structured processes and quality standards
n
- Curious about AI and how technology is changing the fashion industry
n




- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
n
