About the Role

We’re looking for an Automation & Agentic AI Engineer who can turn repetitive business processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

You’ll work with n8n, APIs, AI/LLMs, databases, CRMs, and business tools to build systems that reduce manual work and improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain complex n8n automation workflows
- Identify and automate repetitive business processes
- Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs
- Integrate APIs, CRMs, databases, SaaS tools, webhooks, WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace and other platforms
- Build automation for sales, marketing, lead management, customer support, reporting and operations
- Implement AI for classification, extraction, summarization, analysis and decision-making
- Build automated lead qualification, routing, follow-ups, notifications and reporting
- Create workflows with human approval and escalation where required
- Debug workflows, improve reliability and document automation systems
- Research and experiment with new AI and automation tools

AI / Agentic AI

Experience or interest in building:

- AI-powered lead qualification and routing
- AI agents that interact with APIs and business tools
- Automated research and data collection
- AI-generated reports and summaries
- LLM-powered data extraction and classification
- RAG / knowledge-base workflows
- Multi-step agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop approval

Required Skills

Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with n8n
- REST APIs, webhooks and JSON
- OAuth / API authentication
- Workflow debugging and error handling

AI

- OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar LLM APIs
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Function/tool calling
- AI agents / agentic workflows
- Basic understanding of RAG and embeddings

Technical

- JavaScript / TypeScript or Python




- SQL / databases
- Git / GitHub
- Basic cloud/server concepts
- Understanding of authentication and asynchronous workflows

Good to Have
- Supabase / PostgreSQL / Redis
- CRM and WhatsApp / Meta API integrations
- Google Workspace APIs
- Docker and n8n deployment
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks
- Experience building AI-powered internal tools
- SaaS automation or startup experience

Example Projects
- Build an AI system that captures, qualifies and routes leads, updates the CRM and triggers automated follow-ups.
- Automate weekly management reports by collecting data from multiple systems and generating an AI-powered summary.
- Build a workflow that reads customer emails, extracts requirements, updates the database and triggers the next action.
