Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technology-oriented AI Creative & Prompting Specialist who can use Generative AI tools and different AI models to create high-quality images, videos and visual content based on creative briefs and inputs provided by the team.

The role will involve experimenting with different AI tools, developing and refining prompts, creating multiple creative variations and converting ideas into social-media-ready visual assets.

Note: This role is not limited to prompt writing. The person will be responsible for the complete AI creative process — from understanding the brief and selecting the right AI tool to generating, refining and preparing the final image or video.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Prompting & Content Creation

- Convert creative briefs into effective AI prompts
- Create and refine prompts for AI-generated images and videos
- Experiment with different AI models and tools
- Generate characters, scenes, animations and visual concepts




- Iterate and improve outputs based on feedback

2. AI Video & Image Production

- Create AI-generated images, videos, Reels and Shorts
- Develop visual content based on creative concepts and storytelling
- Maintain consistency of characters, objects and visual styles
- Create assets in required formats such as 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9

3. Creative & Social Media

- Translate briefs into engaging visual concepts
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Develop creative variations, hooks and visual styles
- Adapt content for different social-media formats

4. AI Tools & Quality

- Explore and evaluate new AI image and video tools
- Identify AI tools and workflows that improve creative production
- Maintain prompts, workflows and creative assets
- Review outputs for quality, consistency and errors
- Work with creative and marketing teams to deliver assets on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Media, Marketing or relevant field
- 1–4 years of experience in content, creative, video, design or AI content creation
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and AI prompting




- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Good creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to convert a brief into a final creative
- Basic understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles and visual design
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to experiment and learn new AI tools
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership

Good to Have

- Experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Pika, Flux, Adobe Firefly or similar AI tools
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar creative tools
- Experience creating Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
- Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics
- Experience with AI voice generation, lip-sync or AI avatars
- Experience in digital campaigns, advertising or social-media content
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted image/video editing and post-production

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
