Smart2Deploy is an enterprise AI and cloud solutions consultancy. We design and deliver hands-on AI enablement programs for leading enterprises. Our clients have moved past "What is AI?" and tool-level training. They now want their teams to build real AI workflows and see measurable business value.

We're building a network of practitioner-trainers who have done this work themselves and can help others do it too.

The Role

We're looking for hands-on AI practitioners to deliver corporate training programs on a contract, part-time basis. You'll work with two kinds of audiences:

- Functional teams (HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, and others): helping them identify high-value use cases, design prompts and workflows, and build practical AI solutions for their day-to-day work without heavy coding.
- Engineering and Cloud teams: helping them build production-grade GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems.

Topics You'll Cover

- Generative AI fundamentals applied to enterprise contexts
- Prompt Engineering (structured, reusable, and role-specific prompting)
- Agentic AI: designing, building, and orchestrating AI agents and multi-step workflows
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): architecture, chunking, retrieval, evaluation
- Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector, FAISS)
- Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows
- Moving from use-case ideation to working prototypes that show business value

What You'll Do

- Deliver lab-first,



hands-on training sessions (onsite and virtual) for enterprise clients
- Adapt content to the audience, whether business users or engineers
- Guide participants through building real AI workflows anchored in their business use cases
- Contribute to curriculum design, lab exercises, and capstone projects
- Share feedback on participant progress and program outcomes

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of overall industry experience, with strong recent hands-on work in GenAI / AI
- Proven experience building AI solutions, not just teaching about them (we'll ask to see what you've built)
- Hands-on expertise in at least several of: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.), RAG, vector databases, Claude / Claude Code
- Corporate training or enterprise workshop delivery experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business teams
- Willingness to travel across India for onsite engagements

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or low-code/no-code AI tools for business users
- Domain knowledge in BFSI, telecom, IT services, or manufacturing
- Relevant certifications in AI or cloud
