Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, documentation, and solution validation.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, FRD, PRD, process flows, functional specifications, and release notes.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, and release support.
- Practical familiarity with GenAI, AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, AI copilots, or AI-assisted product development.




- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, UI/UX, data, AI/ML, and business stakeholders.
- Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in areas such as payer, provider, RCM, claims, EHR/EMR, patient services, benefits verification, prior authorization, case management, or care workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership, clarity, and execution focus
