Create and manage basic AI automation workflows for digital marketing activities.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude for marketing and business processes.

Build simple workflows using n8n, Make or Zapier.

Automate repetitive tasks such as:

Lead collection and organisation

Lead follow-up

Content generation

Social media content workflows

Client reporting

Data entry and data processing

Email and notification workflows

Connect tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Forms, CRM and marketing platforms.

Developing AI chatbots and AI assistants.

Assist with WhatsApp and lead automation workflows.

Research and test new AI tools that may be helpful for the company or clients.

Troubleshoot basic automation issues and improve existing workflows.





Maintain documentation of automation workflows.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand client requirements.

Support the team in implementing AI solutions for client projects.

Candidates are not expected to have expertise in all of these areas. However, they should have a good working knowledge of most of these tools and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI and automation platforms as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
