Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer with 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with n8n, Python, and JavaScript, along with a good understanding of APIs, workflow automation, integrations, and AI/LLM-based applications.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable automation workflows that improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.Key

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using n8n.
- Build and optimize workflows integrating APIs, databases, third-party applications, and AI/LLM services.
- Develop automation scripts and backend logic using Python and JavaScript.
- Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, databases, SaaS applications, and external services.
- Work with AI/LLM APIs to develop intelligent automation use cases.
- Build workflows for data processing, notifications, lead management, document processing, reporting, and other business processes.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, API issues, integration problems, and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop reusable automation components and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with business, product,



and technical teams to understand requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
- Monitor existing workflows and continuously improve their reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Follow best practices for security, error handling, logging, and workflow management.

Required Skills

- 2.5+ years of professional experience in automation, software development, integration, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience with n8n and workflow automation.
- Good programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, and API authentication.
- Experience integrating third-party applications and SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and AI-based automation.
- Good understanding of workflow design, error handling, debugging, and automation best practices.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agents.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, or embeddings.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Exposure to tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or other business applications.
- Understanding of AI agent frameworks and multi-step AI workflows.
