Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation & MIS Executive who can manage MIS reporting, automate repetitive business processes, and use AI/digital tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have robust Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, a good understanding of MIS, and practical knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports (sales, production, dispatch, inventory, outstanding, etc.).
- Consolidate data from multiple departments and sources into accurate, timely and well-structured reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and automated report templates in Google Sheets.
- Use pivot tables, advanced formulas and charts to analyse data and present clear insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation and integrity across all reports.
- Extract and reconcile data from the company’s ERP / business systems.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement AI-based and workflow automation solutions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other relevant tools for data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
- Automate data collection, reporting,



follow-ups and routine MIS activities wherever possible.
- Create Google Sheets/Excel-based automated trackers, dashboards and management reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and decision-support reports as required.
- Continuously explore new AI tools, automation techniques and digital solutions to improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data / reporting role.
- Advanced MS Excel
- Advanced Google Sheets
- Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
- Dashboard and MIS preparation
- Data cleaning and analysis
- Google Apps Script / Excel automation
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Working knowledge of SAP Business One will boost your chances for this role.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
