About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Lead with a strong Infrastructure Engineering background to design, scale, and optimize high-performance AI platforms.

The role requires a professional who can bridge AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, automation, and business operations . You will work closely with Infrastructure Operations teams to identify operational challenges and develop AI-driven automation solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Infrastructure

- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and pipelines for AI/ML model training and deployment.
- Partner with Infrastructure Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation.
- Optimize GPU/CPU workloads, storage, compute clusters, and cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Business & Value-Driven Engineering
- Translate business objectives and operational metrics into AI infrastructure initiatives.
- Measure and report the impact of infrastructure improvements, including uptime, latency, cloud costs, and developer productivity.
- Promote a product-oriented approach focused on resilience, scalability, and long-term business value.

MLOps & Platform Reliability
- Establish and enhance MLOps / LLMOps practices, including ML CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, and model governance.




- Implement observability and telemetry across AI models and underlying infrastructure.
- Drive platform reliability, automation, and continuous performance optimization.

Mandatory Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in Software / Infrastructure Engineering.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Infrastructure or MLOps.
- Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking, IAM/security, Terraform/IaC, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with Python or Go automation and Linux/shell scripting.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, AI-driven IT operations, or RAG solutions.
- Strong understanding of observability and ITSM integration.

AI/ML & MLOps Technologies Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Kubeflow / MLflow / Ray
- Triton Inference Server
- Vector Databases
- LLM Infrastructure
- RAG Pipelines
- Fine-tuning environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building and operating LLM infrastructure or RAG pipelines at scale.
- Experience working with global distributed teams.
- AWS/Azure/GCP Architecture certification.
- Kubernetes certifications such as CKA/CKAD.
