About the Role We are seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant to drive enterprise-wide awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI-powered productivity tools across our customer organizations. This role focuses on helping enterprises unlock measurable business value through Microsofts AI ecosystem, including Copilot and intelligent automation capabilities. You will work as a trusted advisor to customer organizations, translating AI possibilities into practical workflows, building organizational capability, and demonstrating tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Driving Adoption & Change

- Design and deliver engaging enablement programs for diverse audiences-from end-users to executives-tailored to their roles and business context
- Work with customer leadership to build AI adoption strategies aligned with their organizational goals and change readiness
- Conduct pan-India customer engagements to drive awareness,



address resistance, and build momentum for AI integration

Enabling Business Value

- Help customers identify high-impact use cases where AI can solve real business problems or create efficiencies
- Demonstrate practical applications of AI tools in context of customer workflows (not just features)
- Support implementation of use cases and track their business outcomes

Building Capability

- Develop and share simple AI agents, automation workflows, and demonstrations that showcase whats possible
- Continuously upskill yourself on evolving AI capabilities and translate new features into customer relevant applications
- Gather customer feedback, success stories, and improvement insights to inform our deployment approach

Measuring & Reporting

- Track and report on AI user engagement, use case implementation progress, and documented business impact across customer accounts
- Share success stories and lessons learned with internal teams

What Were Looking For

Essential

- 5+ years in training, learning & development, technology adoption, or change management roles
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to explain complex technology concepts in simple, relatable terms to non-technical audiences
- Business acumen:



Understanding of how enterprises work and ability to connect technology to business outcomes
- Curiosity about AI: Genuine interest in generative AI and how its transforming work (well build your technical skills)
- Learning agility: Quick learner who can adapt to rapidly evolving technology and translate recent capabilities into practical applications
- Travel flexibility: Comfortable with extensive travel across India
- Self-driven: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Office suite)
- Experience in technology adoption programs, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools or automation platforms
- Background in creating demos, proof-of-concepts, or pilot programs

Key Performance Indicators

Quantitative

- Growth in active AI users across assigned customer accounts
- Number of use cases implemented and in production
- Training and enablement sessions conducted with quality feedback

Qualitative

- Documented business impact (productivity gains, cost savings, process improvements) from AI adoption
- Customer satisfaction scores and testimonials
- Evidence of sustained behavioural change and self-sufficient usage
