Role Description The AI and IT Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves developing Ai tools, managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and security tools, to ensure smooth and secure operations.

The specialist will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components, and support AI-driven tools and workflows used in campaign planning, data analysis, and performance reporting. Daily tasks include responding to technical issues, optimizing system performance, implementing security best practices,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure technology solutions align with business and media objectives. The role also involves documenting IT procedures, supporting technology upgrades, and contributing to the integration of new AI and automation solutions across the agency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting, including experience with operating systems, hardware, software, and incident resolution.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Network Security skills, including configuration, monitoring, access control, and basic cybersecurity best practices.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to support non-technical team members, communicate clearly, and manage helpdesk-style requests.
- Experience working with AI tools, data analytics platforms, or automation solutions in a business or media environment is highly beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced agency setting.
- Familiarity with cloud services, backup solutions, and IT security compliance standards is an advantage.
