Job Purpose The AGM-Projects role's purpose is to provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects within budget and timelines. With 15-20 years of experience at a senior management level, the AGM-Projects will drive excellence in project management practices and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage medium and large-scale pharmaceutical capital projects from concept development through commissioning and handover.

- Develop and monitor project scope, budget, schedule, resources and execution strategy.

- Provide technical leadership for pharmaceutical facility and process engineering projects.

- Review and guide engineering designs, specifications, layouts and technical documentation.

- Provide technical expertise in HVAC systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

- Review/lead heat-load calculations, AHU selection and sizing,



airflow calculations and ducting strategies.

- Provide technical leadership for selection, design, procurement, installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical process equipment.

- Review URS, technical specifications, equipment designs and vendor proposals.

- Participate in technical evaluations, design reviews, FAT, SAT, installation and commissioning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- Strong experience in pharmaceutical engineering, projects or capital-project execution.

- Proven experience managing greenfield and/or brownfield pharmaceutical projects.

- Solid knowledge of HVAC, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical utilities and process equipment.

- Experience in project planning, execution, commissioning and qualification.
