We are Looking for a AGM / GM - Program Management

About the Role

. You will work directly with the Founder on the initiatives that matter most shaping how the organization thinks about its next phase of growth, engaging with regulators, academic/education bodies, and internal and external stakeholders, and translating ambiguous, high-stakes priorities into structured plans that get executed.

This role suits a self-starter who can hold a boardroom-level conversation in the morning, chase an execution detail with a cross-functional team in the afternoon, and bring internal and external stakeholders together on one platform to move decisions forward.

What You'll Do

Strategic Thinking & Founder's Office

- Act as a thinking partner to the Founder structuring ambiguous problems, building frameworks, and driving decisions on strategic bets (new markets, service lines, partnerships)
- Prepare founder ready strategy notes, business cases, and scenario models,
- Track industry, competitor, and regulatory trends and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Due diligence to financial and operational models unit economics, market sizing, ROI analysis to pressure-test strategic options before they reach the Founder,
- Run the Founder's key priorities as structured initiatives from idea to decision to execution

Government & Policy Engagement

- Build and manage relationships with, regulatory bodies, as relevant), industry associations (CII, FICCI, NATHEALTH), and policy think tanks
- Track healthcare policy developments (PMJAY, insurance regulation, clinical establishment acts, PLI schemes, state health missions) and assess implications for the business
- Draft position papers, policy submissions, and briefing notes for government meetings
- Identify and pursue opportunities for public-private partnerships, government empanelment, and scheme participation

Organizational Growth

- Drive execution of expansion initiatives new geography,



facilities/verticals, partnership rollouts,
- Build the business cases and operating models for new initiatives, working closely with finance, operations, and clinical leadership,
- Set up governance rhythms (reviews, dashboards, milestone tracking) so growth initiatives don't stall between strategy and execution,
- Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, finance, HR, and marketing to unblock execution

What We're Looking For

- MBBS/MBA /MHA 5+ years across hospital affiliations, medical education, or healthcare strategy
- with demonstrated exposure to hospital affiliations, medical education, and strategy in a healthcare, consulting, or high-growth startup setting
- Prior exposure to affiliations, medical/health education, and strategy would be preferred,
- Demonstrated experience engaging with government stakeholders or regulatory bodies,
- Track record of working closely with both internal and external stakeholders clinical, academic, regulatory, and business to drive and deliver a range of projects,
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of ambiguous mandates and bring diverse stakeholders onto a single platform to drive alignment and decisions,
- Strong structured problem-solving — comfortable building frameworks, business cases,
- Sharp analytical thinking — comfortable working with data (financial models, operational metrics, healthcare/policy datasets) to stress-test assumptions, size opportunities, and back recommendations with evidence rather than intuition alone; proficiency in Excel/analytics tools expected, SQL or BI tool familiarity a plus
- Executive presence — able to represent the Founder credibly in rooms with regulators, academic/education bodies, and senior leadership
- Bias for execution — this role is judged on outcomes delivered, not decks produced
- Excellent written communication — this person will often be the pen behind the Founder's strategic and policy communication
