Role & responsibilities

CFA & Warehouse Operations

- Manage end-to-end CFA operations including receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch.
- Monitor CFA/warehouse performance against SLAs, KPIs, productivity and cost benchmarks.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock ageing, damage/shortage control and timely dispatches.
- Conduct periodic operational audits and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and statutory requirements. CFA & Warehouse Network
- Identify and evaluate new CFA partners and warehouse locations.
- Assess infrastructure, capacity, location, cost and operational readiness.
- Lead commercial negotiations and onboarding of CFA/warehouse partners.
- Optimize warehouse network based on business growth, demand and distribution requirements.

Distributor & Supply Chain Accounting

- Monitor distributor payment collection, account clearing and reconciliation.
- Review and ensure accurate processing of credit notes, debit notes, claims and commercial adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP posting and closure of distributor discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding/overdue accounts and coordinate with Sales & Finance for resolution. SAP, WMS & Automation
- Drive effective adoption of SAP, WMS and other supply chain technology platforms.




- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization across CFA and warehouse processes.
- Work with IT and business teams on system implementation, integration and process improvement.
- Drive technology adoption and training across CFA/warehouse teams. MIS & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards and performance reviews for senior management.

• Manage relationships with CFA partners, warehouse vendors and logistics service providers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, Procurement, Commercial and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement and process standardization.

Preferred candidate profile Post Graduate with 1520 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, CFA, Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics.

- Preferably from FMCG / Consumer Goods / Food & Beverage / Retail / Manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing CFA and warehouse networks. • Good understanding of distributor management, supply chain accounting and commercial processes.
- Robust working knowledge of SAP and WMS.
- Experience in CFA/warehouse selection, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization, process improvement and technology adoption.
