Role Description The Agents role is a full-time position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of office-based and work-from-home days. Agents will assist individuals and families in understanding Affordable Care Act plans, explain benefits and coverage options, and guide clients through the enrollment process.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and following up to ensure successful application completion. Agents will collaborate with team members, stay current on regulatory updates and product changes,



and adhere to company policies and compliance requirements while delivering clear, respectful, and service-oriented support.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client support skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance concepts or a willingness to quickly learn Affordable Care Act and related policy requirements.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling applications and documentation.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision, maintaining ethical and professional standards.
- Prior experience in insurance, healthcare services, or sales support is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
