Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Clarity Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Clarity, SQL, Snowflake, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, enhancement, and delivery of data and reporting solutions for P&C; Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of Duck Creek Clarity solutions.
- Design and develop reporting, analytics, and data solutions using Snowflake and SQL.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and offshore teams.
- Develop and maintain data models, reporting structures, and data integration solutions.
- Perform SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Participate in data migration, ETL, and integration activities.
- Review technical designs, code, and deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues and drive their resolution.
- Support Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and technical delivery activities.




- Contribute to the definition and adoption of development and data engineering best practices.
- Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Clarity.
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims modules.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including SQL Server and/or PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of P&C; Insurance processes and data.
- Good understanding of insurance data models and reporting data models.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data integration.
- Experience with ETL/data integration processes.
- Experience in reporting and analytics solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
