nQualification: Any Graduate

nExperience: 0–3 years | Prior field Sales/ Tele sales experience preferred

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Recruit and activate advisors as per monthly targets

n• Drive advisor productivity and business performance

n• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors

n• Conduct regular performance reviews and guide advisors on career progression

n• Generate revenue and acquire recent customers through face-to-face and digital channels

n• Conduct 2 joint calls daily

n• Review performance with the Branch Manager on a weekly basis

n• Attend company meetings and training programs





n• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

n
