Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Agency

Manager will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors and agency partners to achieve sales and business growth targets. This role involves planning and implementing local sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Manager will conduct regular trainings and coaching sessions to enhance advisor productivity and customer service standards.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding recent agency partners, managing customer relationships, resolving escalations, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and claims to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and mentoring of advisors or agency partners.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess planning and analytical skills, including basic data analysis, reporting, and use of metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with insurance or financial services, with knowledge of health insurance products, regulatory norms, and local market practices considered an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in agency management, sales, or distribution roles are preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, use standard digital tools and CRM systems, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
