Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Insurance Advisor/Agent in the field
:
- Identify and develop new customers for ManipalCigna health-insurance products.
- Generate leads through personal contacts, references, field visits and local networking.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their healthcare and financial protection requirements.
- Explain suitable health-insurance plans, advantages, coverage, exclusions and policy terms.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular relationships with existing customers and support policy renewals.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager and company team for proposal processing, documentation and policy issuance.
- Participate in customer meetings, sales activities and promotional campaigns.
- Build a strong network within the assigned local market.
- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with basic policy-related queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Age: 20–40 years.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year as an Insurance Advisor/Insurance Agent, preferably with field-sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and field activities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of health-insurance products is preferred.
- Should be comfortable working independently and generating business through personal networks.
