Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure Rice, Broken Rice, Rejection Rice, Maize, Rice, Jowar, Rice DDGS & Maize DDGS

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers, mills, traders and manufacturers

- Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules

- Monitor daily commodity prices and market movements

- Conduct supplier evaluation and maintain strong vendor relationships

- Coordinate quality inspection and ensure products meet required specifications

- Plan procurement based on customer requirements and market opportunities

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely material movement

- Verify purchase documentation, invoices and delivery details

- Maintain proper purchase records and MIS reports

- Develop new sourcing locations and supplier networks

- Ensure competitive procurement and minimize purchase-related risks

Candidate Requirements





- 2–5+ years of experience in Agro Commodity Procurement / Trading

- Strong knowledge of Rice, Maize, Jowar & DDGS markets

- Existing supplier/mill/trader network will be an advantage

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Positive understanding of commodity quality parameters

- Ability to track market prices and make timely purchase decisions

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/accounting systems

- Willingness to travel for supplier visits when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
