Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 4–7 years in Facility Management / Commercial or IT Facilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day electrical facility operations and maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians and engineers.
- Handle HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, APFC panels, batteries and electrical distribution systems.
- Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and quick resolution of electrical breakdowns.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
- Ensure statutory electrical safety requirements and compliance.
- Maintain equipment records, checklists, logbooks and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safe working practices.
- Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely completion of scheduled services.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Handle client coordination and address facility-related electrical concerns.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, PTW and LOTO procedures.
