Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertising Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Advertising

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, focusing on ROI and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, analyzing campaign data, and adjusting strategies to improve performance and reach. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with SEO, content, and branding initiatives, preparing regular performance reports, and presenting insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

Specialist will also manage ad budgets, coordinate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and visuals, and stay current with digital advertising trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and optimize advertising performance.
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and interacting with clients.
- Foundational marketing knowledge, including digital marketing concepts, performance marketing, and brand positioning.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer journeys, conversion funnels, and revenue-focused objectives.
- Experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and basic familiarity with SEO and content strategy.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to monitor campaigns and report key performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
