Job Summary

Brainilab Techno Hub is looking for an Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns that help businesses generate leads, enquiries, sales, and measurable growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and analytics.

You will work on real client campaigns and collaborate with our strategy, creative, SEO, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up and manage campaigns based on specific business and conversion goals.
- Conduct audience research and develop relevant targeting strategies.
- Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
- Analyse metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimisation strategies.
- Work with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign events.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Stay updated with changes to Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and performance marketing practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.




- Basic to valuable understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of digital marketing and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, test, analyse, and improve campaigns.

Freshers Can Apply Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a genuine interest in performance marketing and a basic understanding of paid advertising.

Candidates with Meta/Google certifications, internship experience, personal projects, campaign experience, or practical knowledge of Ads Manager are encouraged to apply.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Keyword Planner.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion rate optimisation.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
- Understanding of lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and creative strategy.
