We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns using data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and ad trends

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience

- Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
