Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. The candidate will be responsible for improving campaign performance, generating quality leads, and achieving marketing objectives within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Create and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Track leads and conversions and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly advertising budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising/performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Pixel/Conversion API, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage advertising budgets.
