Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and student-focused Admissions Executive to manage the end-to-end application and admissions process for students enrolled in our College Advisory Program.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student applications across Indian and international universities.
- Coordinate and track application timelines, deadlines, and requirements.
- Assist students with SOPs, LORs, resumes, essays, and other application documents.
- Review documents for accuracy and ensure university-specific requirements are met.
- Coordinate with students, parents, universities, and external partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely application status updates.
- Resolve student queries and support them throughout the admissions journey.
- Maintain accurate records and update application status on CRM/tools.
- Ensure timely submission of applications and required documents.





Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in admissions, application processing, college counseling, or a related role.
- Study abroad experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of university admissions and application processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple applications and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
