Admission Counsellor | Samras Institute of Technology

Samras Institute of Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Kannur, Kerala .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our Solar Technician training programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and student outreach activities.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.





Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training Sales, or Student Counselling preferred.

• Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills .

- Hindi/Tamil knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and proactive.
- Comfortable handling calls and regular follow-ups.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
