We are looking for a friendly, confident, and result-oriented Admissions Counselor to handle admission enquiries, guide prospective parents, collect data by visiting parents' home, conduct school visits, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website and other channels.
- Understand parents’ requirements and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
- Counsel prospective parents and students and effectively communicate the school’s strengths and offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and interactions with parents.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and maintain proper records of leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship-building.
- Maintain and update admission data, enquiry forms and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the academic, front office and management teams for a smooth admission process.
- Visit the prospective parents houses in the city/village.
- Collect the data of students.
- Assist in admission campaigns, events, open houses and promotional activities.
- Handle parent queries professionally and ensure a positive experience throughout the admission journey.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, visits and admissions.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Marketing,



Management or Education is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Confident, presentable and positive personality.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/data-management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under targets.
- A professional and parent-friendly approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in school admissions or the education sector.
- Experience in handling admission leads and converting enquiries into enrolments.
- Familiarity with digital lead generation, WhatsApp communication and social media enquiries.
