Role : Admission Counselor

Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad

Position Type: Full time

Reports To: Centre Head/ School Director

Core Objective: Act as the face and voice of Mahara Schools, Bachupally. You will guide progressive parents through the inquiry process, effectively communicate the school’s unique early learning, primary, and daycare philosophy, and drive student enrollment targets for the Bachupally campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Parent Counselling: Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and digital leads. Empathize with parents to address their child's early education needs.
- Campus Tours: Conduct personalized walkthroughs of the Bachupally campus, highlighting facilities, curriculum, and safety standards.
- Enrollment Conversion: Follow up with prospective families to guide them from inquiry to final admission. Meet monthly target goals.
- Database Management: Track all communication and lead statuses accurately using CRM or Excel.
- Local Outreach:



Support local open houses, apartment campaigns, and seasonal admission drives.

Required Profile
- Education: Well-educated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferred in Communications, Marketing, or Education).
- Appearance & Personality: Pleasing, charming, and highly professional presentation. Must be approachable, warm, and excellent at building rapport with parents and young kids.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in school admissions, pre-school counseling, or premium relationship management.
- Communication: Fluent, empathetic English. Proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a major advantage.
- Location: Ideally residing near Bachupally, Miyapur, Nizampet, or Pragathi Nagar.
