Position OverviewWe are looking for a warm, articulate, and organised Admissions Counsellor cum Parent Relationship Executive to serve as the face of our school. In this dual role, you will lead prospective families through the complete admissions journey, host school tours, manage front-desk operations, and ensure an exceptional experience for parents from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Admissions &

• Inquiry Management: Handle all walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads; guide parents through the school’s vision, curriculum, fee structure, and complete admission process.
- School Tours &

- Counselling: Conduct engaging, informative campus tours for prospective families and address their queries with empathy and clarity.
- Documentation &
- Onboarding: Assist parents with application forms, verify student documents, and ensure smooth, error-free admission processing.
- Parent Relationship &
- Support: Act as the primary point of contact for parents during admissions, delivering a high-touch, supportive, and delightful orientation experience.
- Front Office &
- Guest Experience Management:



Oversee daily front office operations, extend a warm and qualified welcome to all prospective families and visitors, maintain visitor logs, and streamline inter-departmental communications to ensure flawless coordination.
- Data Management &
- Follow-ups: Maintain accurate records of all incoming leads, applications, and enrollments in the school CRM, conducting timely follow-ups to optimise conversions.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in admissions, customer relationship management, or front-desk operations (prior experience in schools is preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language, with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a top-tier parent experience.
- Organisation: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and basic proficiency in G-suite/ CRM tools.
