nAbout the rolen

nWe're looking for a detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to own the admissions file from application through to LOA and PAL. You'll work from home in India on hours aligned to Canadian business time, coordinating directly with our Canadian team and partner institutions.n

nWhat you'll don

nPrepare and submit admission applications to Canadian colleges and universities on behalf of clientsn

nTrack every application through to decision and keep clients updated on statusn

nResolve pendencies and document requests raised by institutions, collecting what's missing from clientsn

nOnce an offer letter is issued, walk the client through paying the initial tuition deposit so the LOA, PAL, and fee receipt can be releasedn





nLiaise daily with Aspire's Canadian admissions counsellors, institution representatives, and internal case processorsn

nMaintain accurate records of application stages, deadlines, and depositsn

nWhat we're looking forn

n1–3 years in overseas education, study-visa, or admissions coordination (Canada experience strongly preferred)n

nWorking knowledge of Canadian admissions documents: LOA, PAL/TAL, fee receipts, DLI application portalsn

nExcellent written and spoken English; confident on calls with clients and institution staffn

nStrong follow-up discipline — you chase items until they're closedn

nReliable home internet, quiet workspace, and availability during Canadian hoursn

nComfortable with CRM systems, application portals, and spreadsheetsn

nNice to haven

nPunjabi or Hindi fluencyn

nPrior work with a Canadian immigration or education consultancyn
