Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Outreach Manager to lead student engagement and partnership initiatives across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will drive outreach campaigns, build institutional relationships, and represent AIM at external events to strengthen its brand presence and admissions pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute outreach programs, campus visits, and educational fairs across Delhi NCR.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, and educational partners.
- Organize information sessions,



workshops, and counseling events to promote AIM’s PGDM and MBA programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for lead generation and conversion.
- Manage outreach data, track results, and share insights with management.
- Represent AIM at seminars, conferences, and open-house events to enhance visibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in admissions outreach, business development, or education marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
- Strong organizational skills with a result-oriented mindset.
