Role Description The Admission Counselor role at Techiegigs is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process by explaining course offerings, internship and placement opportunities, and helping individuals choose programs that fit their goals. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions (in-person, phone, and online), maintaining accurate admission records, and following up with leads to support enrollment targets.

The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and training teams to align communication with current programs, participating in events or webinars,



and ensuring a positive experience for applicants from first contact through enrollment.
