Job Overview

Zentryx Global Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Admissions Counselor to join our team in Kochi. The role involves communicating with prospective students, understanding their educational and career interests, explaining suitable programs, following up on enquiries, and supporting the admission process.

The position is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and are interested in student counselling, admissions, customer engagement, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries from prospective students through phone calls, messages, meetings, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain relevant courses, training programs, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable programs based on their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the academic team.
- Support the admission process, including applications, documentation, and enrolment formalities.
- Maintain updated lead and student information in the CRM or company database.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, promotional activities, and student engagement programs.
- Prepare regular updates on enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and admissions.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive experience for students and parents.
- Support the team in achieving assigned admission and enrolment objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service,



sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹11,821.04 - ₹36,892.25 per month
