We are looking for Admission Counselors who can connect with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, provide relevant program guidance, and support them through the admission journey.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to work towards monthly admission and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads for online degree and higher education programs.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable programs based on their interests, eligibility, and career objectives.
- Explain course details, university information, eligibility criteria, fee structure, program duration, admission process, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to maximize lead-to-admission conversions.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process.
- Stay updated on available programs, university offerings, admission requirements, and relevant changes.
- Maintain a professional and positive interaction with students at every stage of the counselling and admission process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
