INMANTEC Institutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, providing information about academic programs, and supporting the complete admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Explain course structure, fee details, scholarships, and other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to prospective students and parents.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and maintaining lead records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
