We are looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide students and parents regarding academic and career opportunities in IIT-JEE, NEET and Medical entrance preparation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and admission processes.
- Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Handle student and parent queries through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Support the admission team in achieving enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or coaching institutes will be an advantage.
- Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.
